TheOptiPure BWS350/50 HFWater Treatment Systemutilizes Reverse Osmosis (RO) to remove>97% of theTotal Dissolved Solids (TDS) from water. Then, a balanceof minerals is dissolved into the RO water, followed bya precision blend valve for further TDS adjustment, toprovide desirable optimized water TDS. The system willproduce up to 400-gallons per day of optimal qualitywater for applications where TDS reduction or theremoval of the majority of hardness minerals is required.This complete system includes integrated pre-filtrationwith particulate and chlorine reduction, reverse osmosis,blend valve and mineral addition, in a space saving, wallmounteddesign. Adjustable reject flow control allowsprecise adjustment of product/reject ratio. A built-in fullsystem bypass valve and sample port assures no serviceinterruption and simplifies routine maintenance. Alsoincluded is a 50-gallon atmospheric storage tank (witha sub-micron air breather) with a 1hp floor-mountedrepressurization pump, a 16-gallon buffer tank assemblyand a 1/2 outlet that allows for high-flow applications.Hose, tubing and fittings required for installation areincluded.

Applications

Any foodservice equipment where it is desirable toremove existing Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) andprovide a consistent balance of buffered TDS.
